In the Air Force, a decision was made to transfer the training base to the technical division of the Hatzerim Air Force Base .
The master plan includes school complexes, administrative buildings and dining rooms, residential and sports complexes - all by modern standards.
Emphasis was placed on creating a high-quality public space for an area with an urban and dense nature, based on pedestrian traffic.
Emphasis was also placed on creating an environment that supports studies by establishing an accessible, pleasant environment
and aesthetic.
In the program, the principles of desert construction planning were applied - adapting the construction to maximum utilization of
natural ventilation and creating optimal climatic comfort.
The construction area will contain multiple shading devices as appropriate for construction in a desert area.
