A complex of about 300 residential, commercial and public areas in the southern neighborhood of the city.
Besides its unusual amoebic shape and its design softness, it serves as a generator of change
who contributed greatly to the leveraging of the old neighborhood, its texture and quality of life.
Between the buildings there is a new and updated complex, which integrates well with the municipality's plans and vision regarding the neighborhood's appearance.
From an urban point of view, the large blocks sitting at ground zero with commerce below at the intersection with the street, and apartments above, correspond well with the urban language of the Florentine dweller.
The facades of the buildings are covered with polymer profiles, a material carefully chosen to ensure resistance to outdoor conditions and solar radiation.
A "new reality" has been created in the complex, in the deck plaza between the buildings many social activities take place such as "Yoga under the dome of the sky" classes, kickboxing and TRX training, exhibitions, lectures, Shabbat receptions and more.
