Expansion of a kibbutz with very few rights.
The planning challenge was to turn the Kibbutz Street housing complex (with few rights, low construction and high density) into a prestigious marketing complex.
Indeed, the project was successfully positioned and marketed as a luxury project despite all the difficulties involved in not seemingly related or similar to the kibbutz adjacent to it.
