We took the original plan of an H-shaped building and instead of low apartments that are hidden inside the inner patio and most of them do not see the sea,
together with the local committee, we planned a complex with expropriation of public areas for the benefit of the municipality and the public, creating a promenade and commercial areas for the general public, In this way we made it possible to reduce the cover and build to a height.

Building to height in this case is both more economical and also gave a design and iconic element for the marketing of the complex.
