The energy center is designed to serve the future campus of Ben Gurion University in Be'er Sheva.
The building will provide electricity, air conditioning, heating, water systems and firefighting services to the complex through an infrastructure tunnel that will provide these services to all campus buildings.

The special design of the building has an important function of acoustics and concealment, it would fit into the environment and prevent disturbances and noises.
